Simply register you search term/s and we’ll send notifications to your RSS reader whenever we have new images that match your search term. You can register as many search term as you want. -

Where do the images come from?
Images are supplied by the leading news and photo agencies who license images to PicApp such as Getty Images, Corbis , Image Source , Jupiter Images , Newscom , Pacific Coast News and more. -
Embedding images using Typepad
If you're using Typepad make sure to not only paste the embed code while in the Html View (and not in the Rich Text view) but also that the last "save" you do of the post before it’s published is done in the Html View.
This will ensure image is displayed properly.

What blog platform does PicApp operate on?
PicApp operates on all standard blog platforms – such as Blogger, Vox, Movabletype, Typepad, WordPress.org (self-hosted), WordPress.com and others. If you noticed that your blog platform does not operate with us, let us know and we’ll do something about it. -
Will the PicApp image work on a site with Google AdSense?
Absolutely! The two are unrelated. -
Do you have RSS feeds?
Yes! This feature is continuously being enhanced, but you must register in order to take advantage. Our RSS feature allows publishers to save favorite searches, and be notified when new and relevant images arrive. Click here, to register. -
Can I take out the strip showing related thumbnails?
No. Please keep in mind, the gadget is the monetization mechanism used so that we can continue providing you with such high-end, up-to-the-minute content and pay royalties to content owners and photographers for their valuable images. -
Embedding images using Typepad
If you're using Typepad make sure to not only paste the embed code while in the Html View (and not in the Rich Text view) but also that the last "save" you do of the post before it’s published is done in the Html View. This will ensure image is displayed properly. -
Solve problem with Window Live Writer editor:
While using Window Live Writer editor a white space appears under the picture. This occurs when switching from normal to code view, after the PicApp code is inserted, due to a flash script generated. To avoid this, simply erase the additional script.

How does this content differ from what I can find today on search engines image sections (i.e. Google\Yahoo images)?

To add a PicApp image follow the 3 step process:
(1) Go to www.picapp.com and SEARCH for the image you want. You can search by keyword, or browse the latest images for your editorial content on the “Most Recent” tab.
(2) Click on the image you like to see the image preview and get the image embed code.
(3) COPY and PASTE the code into your blog...
